Morning at L.A.’s Griffith Observatory: A Photo Essay

Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles is one of the best spots to get great views of the city of Los Angeles. It’s one of my favorite places to go when I’m plagued with jet lag and up really early. It’s sweeping views of the city are oddly serene in the early morning hours.

Located in Los Feliz, Griffith Park comes to life after sunrise when many Angelenos hit the parks hiking trails. You can even catch a glimpse of the Hollywood Sign near the public bathrooms.
