The walkway to overwater villa #122
Happy Thanksgiving from Bora Bora. I’m thankful to be waking up in paradise at the beautiful St. Regis Bora Bora, where I will more likely being drinking out of a coconut instead of eating turkey this year. Last night I got to experience see some local talent after dinner, were the Polynesian Mehearii Band performed their seasonal show. The food and entertainment were both fantastic. The island dancers were particularly fun, and the whole evening reminded of my how thankful I am for grass skirts and GIFs.

Jazz hands are funny in any language! I still plan on reflecting on everything I’m grateful for today, despite being thousands of miles from home. I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving, wherever in the world you might be.

The dancers performed a few different numbers. They were quite talented and enjoyable to watch.
Polynesian Gangnam style!
After the show, the crowd joined in, including a bride still wearing her wedding veil!

No Turkey this year. It’s more of a five star roasted pig situation.
