Angkor Wat Shot With a Diana: A Photo Essay in Black & White

These images were shot during my last trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia which was before I started this blog. They were shot on a plastic Diana camera, like the ones you see at Lomography stores and hipster emporiums like Urban Outfitters. While I rarely shoot film anymore, I do enjoy the slightly dreamy results you get from shooting with a toy camera. These images were shot before I embraced mobile photography and I realize that in many ways, using them was an analog equivalent to using mobile photography apps.

During my stay in Cambodia I stayed at the Hotel de la Paix in Siem Reap.  I hope you enjoy this photo essay of Angkor Wat in black & white.
